Snorkeling & Scuba Diving

This fish is known to the locals as Pez Cuche or Pig Fish because it makes sounds like a pig when you catch it.

Although very sparse, coral can be seen growing in the lagoon.

A few turtle shells can be seen on the floor of the lagoon.

Brightly colored fish abound just a few feet from the edge of the lagoon, navigating in as little as a couple inches of water.

Depending on the time of year and the tides, a snorkeling trip in the open sea can bring sights of jellyfish, octopus, manta ray and numerous species of fish.
Swim with the Manta Ray if you dare.

Hector Ortiz searches for octopus, and he's not disappointed!
